Information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • The type of personal information we may collect could include, for example, name, job title, company information, company address, telephone number, email address, CVs; and other information collected by filling in forms on our site www.zeelsolutions.com (our site) www.zassist.net/ (our support site), by telephone, by email, by social media, our licencing system or through online surveys
  • When you provide information to us, this information is stored in our CRM systems
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them
  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

IP Addresses and Cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

Upon request, and within 30 days (one month from the receipt of the request) we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services, comply with our contractual and/or legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Our site may include links to other web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of ours. If you submit personal information to any of these sites, your information is governed by the applicable third-party’s privacy policies and we are not responsible for it. No services for Minors

We do not knowingly collect information from minors. To use the Site, you must be the age of legal majority in your place of residence. By using the Site, you hereby represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence. We do not use an application or other mechanism to determine the age of users of the Site.  All information provided to us will be treated as if it was provided by an adult. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete information associated with a minor as soon as practicable if we learn that a minor has submitted information about himself/herself to us.
